Code-named “Tube,” Nokia’s new touch-screen mobile phone will include Java as a built-in standard as one way of setting it apart from Apple’s iPhone, according to Tom Libretto, vice president of Forum Nokia, who disclosed some details about the handset at a recent developer conference.
